By creating an account or using the RestoIQ website or application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no payment details required. The trial converts to a paid subscription only after you actively choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically. You may cancel at any point during the trial.
Plans are billed monthly as published on the Pricing page: Starter $49, Growth $99, Pro $199, Enterprise $399 per month. There is no setup fee on any plan. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Refunds for partial months are not provided, but cancellation is instant and data remains exportable.
All business data you enter — menus, recipes, counts, invoices — remains your property. You may export it at any time. Upon account cancellation and written request, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention applies.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell the service without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. One account covers your business's legitimate locations per your plan's limits.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business data loss, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms with notice posted on this page. Material changes will be announced through the application or contact details you provided.
