RestoIQ ("we", "us") operates myrestoiq.com and the RestoIQ application. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to this website and users of our software, and how we use and protect it.
Website forms. When you submit a demo request, contact form, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you provide — typically name, restaurant name, email, phone number, country, and business type. This is stored securely in our database and used only to respond to your request and, where you have agreed, to send product updates.
Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors use, so we can improve the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.
Application data. If you use the RestoIQ application, you provide business data (menus, recipes, stock counts, invoices). This data belongs to you and is used only to provide the service.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the service, send agreed communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than operating your account.
Website lead data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with restricted access. Application data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. You can cancel your account and export your data at any time from within the application. Marketing emails can be stopped with one click.
This website uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising tracking cookies are used.
